  • Restons signed proof request - Help

H there , received a request from Restons solicitors for payments towards Arrow global who purchased an old MBNA debt of mine . I have requested a CCA from Restons but they have sent my cca request and postal order back requesting a signed letter to prove who they are dealing with . I have alos notified them of my changed address but they are still sending to my old address . What do I do next ?

If they have corresponded previously, point that out and that they never required proof. However, they are entitled to satisfy themselves that the person they are dealing with is you, so you may need to provide it.

Thanks for your reply . As they require a signature should I send the same CCA request with a tamper proof signature ?

Very definitely over a tamper proof strip so it cannot be lifted. I tend to put it on a tamper proof strip AND put X's over it to try to make it even harder to lift.
