  • Blue Sky + First Plus

    Hi
Can anyone help me with my case Have complained to Blue Sky who have given a final response also complained to First plus who just sent a final response and referred me back to Blue Sky have all documentation to prove |I/We have been missold PPI to an amount of £14,525.00 We referred our case to FOS who lost the paperwork have resent paperwork FOS now state they are unable to proceed as Blue Sky were not regulated in 2003 when the secure loan was taken out. FOS have stated they can only look into the case further if I am able to complain to a THIRD PARTY which I take to mean underwriters Do I need to write and complain to BLue Sky underswriters and First Plus or just Blue Sky can anyone give me advice on how to proceed and does anyone have any ideas what I need to put in the letter to the underwriters.
