    UPDATE: Just received a letter from BC who has referred the matter to the client and will contact again wheni n receipt of instructions...in the meantime the account is on hold!!

    I hope this is a good thing.....(especially when you can't remember what its about anyway)

      Sounds like good news to me just sit tight and wait send a letter to Lowell put a bit of pressure on them to act quickly, hopefully the close the accountfor you
