My name is Christine. I came across this site via a google search. I have been looking around to find answers for questions, and eventually ended up here.
I suffer from mental health problems, and have been under a psychiatrist for 20 years, although I am well enough to be able to live in my council flat, but am in receipt of state benefits as Im not well enough to work unfortunately.
Im going to post in the main forum and im desparately hoping that somebody will be able to give me some advise, as Im beginning to feel completely overwhelmed.
