Hi just joined this forum having read some brill info about dca behaviour. I do have some dca related questions and wanted to check where I need to post these? Had a letter before Christmas from Wescott re debt passed from HBOS's in house team to them. Debt is over 22k and have been making token £1 payment. I wish I had read your forum before picking up the phone to spk to them today. I not only confirmed who i was by doing this but stupidly gave them a way to contact me...grrr!! Anyway can't undo that now. Basically they are asking when my payment arrangement was last reviewed by Blair O & S and they would like an up to date statement of expenditure etc.

I need to know what if any info I should give them? from what I have read on here they sound like a bit of a nightmare. (this is not the only dca I am dealing with). Thanks in anticipation
