If I were in your shoes I would do what you've done which is email the Landlord but I don't know what you've already said to him. I wouldn't grovel or apologise. I would say she signed nowt and you owe him nowt.

I'll be back tomorrow - I have to sort out my daughter's rent problems tonight and she's 28 years old. Nothing changes as the years go by :rolleyes2:
