    Does anyone have any experience of LILA,which is used in Scotland.Please post so i can ask a few questions .Thanks in advance,T

    Hi and welcome!

    It's a form of insolvency for people with low income and few assets, similar to a DRO (Debt Relief Order): http://www.aib.gov.uk/Services/Legis...plication/Lila

    As with every form of insolvency, it should only really be considered as a last resort. Would be useful if you could post up some details about your debts to look at all the options that may be open to you. :typing:
