Hello all, this is my first post.
Myself and my OH have been subjected, like so, so many here, to the systematic and appalling abuses of both the financial services and the debt collection agencies currently at 'work' in the UK. In our case, our story goes back to 2005.
We have only now sought (appointed in fact) legal representation to try and uncover the myriad of irregularities which the banks and especially the DCAs have sought to keep us to heel with.
I look forward, now that I am a member here, to posting and hope I might be able to add value to what is already an excellent site.
Finally, I guess it is always a probability that individuals employed by all those who we, within LegalBeadles, seek to appropriately challenge, such as banks and DCAs, (among others), visit this site to 'sniff' about.
I would say this to such 'sniffers'. In English history (you 'sniffers' may claim to be multinational companies so English history and indeed English law may be meaningless to you), there is often recorded the sweet smell of retribution. And certainly, in England, history really matters; it has a habit of repeating itself. 'Sniffers' be aware: Richard Empson and Edmund Dudley (look them up), though long since dead, perpetrated a multitude of abuses on the English public but ultimately got their just punishment.
