    Hi all new to all this but strong beleiver in common law and it,s strengths . Currently fighting for someone who doesnt have the strength to do it themselves and will be looking for debt collector help along with BBC council tax overpayment,s any help re Bedroom theivery tax and ANY good advice on anything else

    Welcome to LB - any problems or information, just post up in the relevant section. :beagle:

    Common Law underpins all our legislative system, so I suspect most of us believe in it. Are you referring to the Freeman of the Land type stuff that is preached on some sites. If so, I think you'll find most of us here think it's mostly rubbish and leads to trouble, but we'r all open minded.

      Im after the real law of the land and not the statute laws that alleged corrupt councils follow to suit themselves ,freeman law etc ,annoyed that they want 35 pound bedroom tax amongst other things per week from a person who earns just 95 and cant afford to eat ..No justice for the people out there who are told that that is it take it or leave it

        Good luck fighting the bedroom tax with the FMOTL stuff I think you will give the council a good laugh,if it worked there would be no bailiffs no courts and no law/
