Hi.
Im a new member just joined i took out a loan some years ago,still paying it now,i want to claim my PPI back phone call two years ago they told me the company that i needed to get in contact with was Premier underwriters who have been dissolved so i have found out,
I need to contact them to get my original finance agreement so i can send it to the fscs.
Challenge ur .com have been dealing with this for nearly two years and have got nowhere excuse being the FSCS has had no staff for the last twelve months,and they have only recieved correspondance from them a year on????
Please has anybody got a phone number for Melbourne,they seam to be ghost like,but im sure i would hear from them if i missed a payment.
They have gone under so many names im confused.com
Please any advice i would love to hear from you.

We have a Melbourne 2nd Mortgage and am not aware that we were sold this product as we are both self employed and would never take it knowingly as we would have been aware that cover would not extend to PPI. They were called Prestige Mortgages and straight after we look the loan it was transferred to Melbourne who incidentally are in the same building and probably have the same directors.

If you are sure you have PPI mis-sold to you then one of our experts will be able to help you recover this.
