Hi , Can anyone please direct me to a site where I can print of law that says bailiffs can only charge once for a visit and not per liability order. I have wrote to them and they have took some charges of (as a good will gesture ) is how they put it but they are refusing to take of charging me for 5 liability orders but only one visit. They have also done a levy on a car that's not mine so I will contest that. The other one is they say they can charge me the Schedule 5 Header as this is a redemption fee . This is the fee on 4 orders that they say have been removed as a good will gesture but it will remain on one order as this as been correctly applied. Thanks for any help that you can give me.
