Hi folks, just found this site when looking up flat problems, can't believe I've not come across it before, better late than never I guess! I am a landlord of a couple of flats in the central belt, Scotland, one of which is an old tenement flat and normally produces a problem or two most years, so most of my questions will probably be on this subject.
Looking forward to picking your brains.
