Hi ...Over the past few months i have been doing my own PPI claims from several CC companies with fair success i am at a point where i may need a copy of Halifax CC 'repayment cover' terms & conditions/policy(as worded on statements) just can't put my hands on them as yet .. that would have been issued around mid 80's period before MBNA anyone have them or copy what was issued then this is the only one i don't have a complete file from all those years back thanks for any response to this..many thanks R.

Why do you think you need to get your hands on such an old document to make a reclaim? :confuse2: You'll probably struggle to find someone who's still got a copy after all these years. I'm sure our PPI specialists :yo: will be along soon with more advice and suggestions.
