    Is the FOS aware of the current situation? They can sometimes step in and persuade a lender to hold off legal action while they investigate. Tell the FOS you face losing the property if they don't. You are being bullied by Redstone and it's got to stop! What you urgently want is that deadline of 8th July to be postponed until after the FOS investigation.

      ^^^^ Does this mean that the LPA Receiver has already been appointed in which case you need to instruct a solicitor fast. You were going to contact one in your post April 13th so what happened with that?

        fos have told me they can ask them to postpone action while they investigate but redstone do not have to honour their request

          not yet after i called them and pointed out i had been given a further 28 days in writing via email they have backed off until the 8th, i have just received email from their solicitor notifying me to respond to them within 14 days from today or they will place my property with an lpa receiver and i think that will betheir solicitor that act as the receiver as that is one of the areas they specialise in, i emailed a solicitor saturday that i am hoping to appoint myself , i gave them a breif explanation of my situation and am waiting for a reply
