I've just checked the register - see attached files - and can see nobody with that surname.
it was definitely foy, a friend had the the bailiffs call on her whilst I was visiting again for ct and the bailiff told me mrs foy gets a lot of complaints!!! maybe she was the bailiff who's licence was revoked??? neet.

Re: hi 2 all, I would like advise on a Ross and Roberts matter,

[QUOTE=CleverClogs;331291]Get onto your local law centre tomorrow, as Bluebottle and I have suggested.

Listing exempt items can make the whole seizure invalid but, then, if the bailiff does not have a current and valid certificate - and I couldn't see her listed - the levies are automatically invalid and any attempt to claim fees would be illegal.[/QUOTE where can I get a list of wot r&r consider as exempt items?? neet. and I will pm both urself and bluebottle or post on here how I got on with law centre, neet.

Sorry for being dumb but what exactly do u mean by "if she has tendered false particulars" thanx, neet.

It simply means "giving a false name". Sorry, I'm a retired policeman and haven't gotten out of the habit of using police-speak. If you are able to send a PM to me, could you PM a description of Mrs/Ms Foy(e) to me? I can run it past someone who had dealings with the bailiff who had their certificate revoked last year, who was female. If it is her using a false or assumed name, she, Ross & Roberts and NFDC could be in serious trouble, as well as all levies being unenforceable.

It does not matter what they might consider to be exempt, as the law has defined that for them - link

Also see appendix 4 of this PDF link

Make sure you speak to the Head of Revenues. Capita may try and put you through to one of their clones who will tell you all manner of BS.
