An injunction under Section 3, Protection from Harassment Act 1997 is applied for using Court Form PF39CH and you will also need a Court Form N1.

I have an electronic copy of Form PF39CH should it become necessary to apply for an injunction. You can download Form N1 from the Ministry of Justice website at www.justice.gov.uk.

It costs £175.00 to apply for an injunction at the County Court. You may be able to get some or all of this remitted (reduced) due to being on a limited income.
Life is a journey on which we all travel, sometimes together, but never alone.

HI BLUEBOTTLE. I have attempted to find the relevant forms you mentioned. Several attempts failed, possibly due to my dyslexia. The website and location of all information proved too difficult for me. I wanted to know if I should contact Horsham Council Recovery Dept. and County Court Manager prior to any legal action on my part. I am concerned that time is of the essence. It is my intention to ask for readjustment of payment amount. That I could reasonably afford £10 p.c.m. to clear the debt which will leave me with some funds to pay my current C.T. bill; therefor avoiding a recurrence of this situation in 2014. I had completely forgotten my beagle password and trawled the site for changing my password. Finally last evening I managed. Apologies for the delay in picking up the thread. With thanks, Anne
