I too have been conned by these people. After applying for what I took to be a "free" sample, my current account was then debited in the region of £90!!

Being a pensioner I found this to be a real blow and I am unable to achieve any redress though my bank Santander.

I have now received more of their product and have e-mailed them and called their support and left messages. To date, I have had no response.

Any product return has to be sent back to Israel within 30 days but I am reluctant to pay posy charges for something I did not request, want or need.

I will keep you posted of any progress (or lack of it!).

Cancel the continuous payment mandate at Satander or those con-merchants will keep sending their useless and vastly overpriced Dead Sea Slap.

Please send me a private message stating the web site whence you bought that stuff.
