I know there is a lot about this company but just wanted to check my next step with them. My husband received a letter looking for a lot of money apparently owed by him to another company (RBS) actually, after looking at your site we sent a letter telling them that the debt is not his and they must have the wrong person we know for definite he has never owed this money to anyone for anything. As per your site we requested actual proof any copy agreement that he would have signed before they contact us again. Today we received a letter from them asking for his date of birth and residence address and time resided there by return within 10 days so they can sort this out. We are nervous to give them any further personal information in case they try to use this for their benefit, what do you think we should do. Ignor the letter or write back telling them to obtain this from the company they are working for if they need to clear things up. Please, your help is greatly appreciated.

Re: Wescot DCA
Hi there,
Firstly stop worrying. Wescott are a complete set of numpties. It is up to them to prove the debt is yours and not for you to prove otherwise. Tell them absolutely nothing, don't aid them in their so called work, let them figure it out for themselves.
