  • Good morning

Hi, I've just registered today and I'm looking into getting some bank charges returned. I live overseas and a couple of times I didn't have enough money in my UK account so got walloped with OD charges.

I have to agree that the fault was my own for not keeping enough money in the account but anyway I’m going to see if I can recover some of it.

    and mas:

    Re: Good morning

    Hello Gwilo,
First of all welcome to Beagles, I hope you spend a little time and have a look round.
I notice you have already found the smilies, there are all sorts of nice little touches like that on this site.
Although the serious side of matters are taken very much that way, we do have a social side too and a very good one at that.
We have a chat room, this is very handy if you need an instant reply to a query or on the other hand if you just want some banter and a natter.
There is also the VIP area which is explained fully on the Home page.
Any way thats Beagles, as for you if you find the forum for your particular bank and give us some brief details of your claim someone will be along to help you soon.Enaid x

Welcome to Legal Beagles and whether it is your fault as the cause of the charge or not, the punishment does not fit the crime.
