Hi Tuttsi, thanks for the swift reply. I have an old debt with capquest, i wont go into too much detail here, will wait for the right place.

Fozzybear if it is more than 6 years since you have had any correspondence or acknowledged the debt(5 in Scotland) then it may be subject to the limitations act and statute barred ie they cannot chase you for the money
