Hi - just saying hello as directed :-) I think I might be looking for some employment advice re unfair dismissal - can't quite decide whether to post or not so just reading and lurking for now.

Hi and welcome!
Up to you if you want to post, just want to say "been there, done that", in terms of being sacked and filling out ET forms. Never went to the Tribunal because I ended up accepting a settlement, this is very common in cases of unfair and constructive dismissal, sometimes they offer what's known as a 'commercial settlement' where the other side makes no admissions other than the fact it's cheaper to settle than to pay their legals costs.
