Hi guys
I'm new to the forum and look forward to taking a look around. I came across the site after trying to find out a little more about a debt collecting agency i am having trouble with at the moment. We moved house in 2008 and have since had a 4 year ongoing issue with Marston Group as they are trying to collect payment on a parking fine from the previous occupant. Even though i have forwarded the letter onto the occupants, had bailiffs at my door twice, had a representative kindly ring my door bell at 7.20am this morning ! AND i have scanned utility bills and emailed / phoned them numerous times they are still using this address for the debt !!
Any advice would be most appreciated - i have sent out a strongly worded email today to customer services and copied in their last reply which assured me they had dealt with this issue !
I wouldn't mind but apart from raiding the kid's piggy banks every now and then, I dont owe anything to anyone !!

sorry Can't advise you on Marston Group but hopefully someone will be along shortly who can help.
