    hi i have had a visit today from marsden bailiffs in connection with water rates. i ave been on jsa for 3 yrs and pd the minimum payment out of my benefits but in november i got a part time job earning 450 a month. i forgot t contact water board n have visit today sayin i need to pay 1868 or they taking my possesions. i need advice on how to go about this as i dont have money to pay it

    You would be best advised to complete a Form N244 to stop the bailiff action, then complete Form N245 for a Variation of Judgment in order to get affordable installments.
