  • Hello :)

Hello, I am looking for advice concerning housing.

I am 23 and on housing benefit as i care full time for my flat mate who suffers from Bi-polar and my boyfriend who suffers from Aspergers.

My landlord has just been around and given us a letter saying that he will not renew out tenancy agreement when it expires in february.

I have found the tenancy agreement as when we moved in here at the beginning of august he said we would have a years tenancy agreement but the contract does not actually state a end date.

We have had many problems with this house as it was flooded three days before we moved and we were not told until we moved in.

Have we a leg to stand on and where can i get some help?

Thank you for taking the time to read this

      Re: Hello

It might help you if you place a post under general consumer issues, where there is a sub-section on landlord issues. Try to put up as much information as you can, but please be carefull not to disclose any of your personal details....
