Sample draft order default judgement

Facts
1. I put a claim in the county court against someone.
2. This person failed to ship my car from UK to Tanzania.
3. The person failed to file a defense/acknowledgement of service.

Need help with:
1. wording of draft order/ on form N24.
2. Someone has already helped with statement for summary judgement.
3. What word format should I use on Form N24? i UNDERSTAND IT IS AN ORDER. pLEASE HELP.

You don't usually need to supply a draft order for judgement in default as it's a standard procedure due to non-response by the defendant.

Did you sue for damages (to get your money back) or for specific performance fo the agreed contract (that they be required to ship the car aas agreed) ?
