hello everyone another newbie
im hoping someone can shead some light on this one. Bought my house ten years ago all sweet 4 years ago fell out with neighbour we have one path to enter property no problem land locked from all sides,I have one shared party wall one boundry wall ,some weeks ago notice damp on shared party wall just found out gutter leaking (cant see gutter from my land) went to repair got told i was trespassing,looked at register i have easements and quasi easements all the way around.I asked one solicitor he said he owns half so he is damaging is own wall and mine i have three feet of growth on my inside wall i have sent him a copy of my register but no reply any thoughts (sorry about the grammer)thanks all.
