Unfair Terms of Contract are costing me loads of money I dont have.
I signed up to Charterhouse Claims to try and recover some PPI as all of my credit card companies had sold all my debt to various DCA.
I thought getting some of this money back would go a long way to paying off lots of debt.
Chartehouse have made 11 claims for me I sent them all of my statements as I wasnt sure what had PPI on them and they submitted the forms on my behalf for 30% plus VAT as I found out later.
The problem is some of the reclaimed PPI is going to the debt directly leaving me with nothing to pay the claims company who so far have extracted out of me £750 i have had nothing its all gone to the debts.
Now they have charged me £120 admin fee for not persuing a Bank of Scotland claim, as by this point I new that any monies recoverd would go straight to the debt leaving me with yet another bill from Charthouse. As it transpires I made a claim on a barclay card ppi back in early 2000 I had forgotten about this now Charthouse have said that as they submitted a claim in good faith on my behalf and if I had not claimed they would have sussefully claimed back my ppi they are going to decide what to charge me, HELP this is an awful mess and one I see no end to the processes with Chartehouse and all the forms they have made me fill in to the Finacial Ombudsman seem never ending and now we are going into another year. I jsut cant carry on with this and all the DCA'S threatening me with a CO on my home.
