    loan query

    looking for some advice. i took out a secured loan from prestige finance in2007. this then transferred to rexford finance and now melbourne mortgages. they are all at the same address. is this normal practice?

    Did they write to you telling you that they are changing/merging with another company? In this current climate it is not uncommon for companies to merge or sell part of their portfolio to another organisation. Hope that answers your question.

      thanx,i just thought it strange that the names were changing but they were still the same address? is that normal?

        name change is normal, as long as they do not change any of the terms and conditions of the original loan
