Hi there,
I am at the end of my tether with Three mobile.
I took out a mobile broadband dongle with them at PC World and got a free laptop...
They issued a default on my credit report a few years ago for late payments. The payments would only have been days late... certainly not months etc...
Three cannot send me the default notices they should have sent, and have referred me to PC World to get the original signed contract... PC World no longer have this and I told Three that the agreement was with them and therefore they should be able to provide a copy.. if not then this should be nil and void.
Can Three REALLY issue a default when payments were only days late? Can they really enforce a default for this?
Also, if they fail to provide proof of default notice, and unable to send me a copy of the signed agreement, are they able to keep that default there??
Please help...
