I can't seem to get hold of the switchboard number, and whenever I phone the Fines Team, I am either greeted with an automated message or I am put on hold for as long as 40 mins (at which time my credit runs out) :tinysmile_cry_t:

I do not know why you are ringing the Fines Team. It has got nothing more to do with them. You need to speak to the Enforcement Section, which is a different team. I would ring Wirral Magistrates Court on 0151 285 4100, which is the switchboard number, and ask for the name and telephone number of the HMCTS Enforcement Manager for that court. If they say they haven't got one, ring the switchboard number at Liverpool & Knowsley Magistrates Court, which is 0151 243 5500, and ask for the name and telephone number of the HMCTS Enforcement Manager. You aren't going to make very much progress until your speak to the HMCTS Enforcement Manager. This person can kick Marstons into touch.
