    Hi All, I have considerable experience in dealing with rogue Banks and DCA's I am more than happy to offer advice and be of help when and where I can. If I could offer one piece of advise it would be to not get too stressed help is out there.

    You should also mention the overiding piece of advice NEVER SPEAK TO A DCA other than through a medium. All communication to be in writing
