Hi there
We are Mortgage Express customers with 30 buy-to-let houses, have never defaulted and the business is going well. They tried to make us meet up with an advisor, and gave us a massive agenda of all sorts of documentation they wanted to see. I postponed the meeting and asked them to provide me with the proof that they could insist on all of this. Instead I've had a sinister letter, saying they may take steps against me because I've declined a portfolio review. Is anybody else facing these tactics and does anyone know what we can do about it? Thanks.
