    Re: Hi Everybody..

After a accident at work i was laid off and as usually fell behind on certain payment (i.e)council tax,I was then under the care off my G.P and was suffering from depression as well as taking medication for my right shoulder which occurred at work.I was having good days bad days.
I got a letter from my parents home, saying the Bailiffs had been around demanding money, but didnt come to my house ,but looking for me at my parents home.As i was not well i just told them to ignore it,and throw the letter away,if i didn't live they then they cant prove i received the letters. Then after 3/4 visits my parents told me to sort it out as they were making regular visits now.I then got in touch with them and told them why are you going to my parents house, there fee's now were £300 approx on top of the £900 i owed them.£1200 in total,...As they were going to the wrong address and the fact im classed as a vulnerable adult can i use this act to help me sort out the unlawful levy. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED..
