Are the they real coats of arms ? You can use these as decoration provided that you do not pass them off as your own . You may make any claim to grant arms . If they are displayed as decoration on an object then a lable showing whom they were granted to . However in scotland the situation is considerably different and the lyon court which is a sherriffs court can and do make regular rulings . You could get fined.

Oh it is important that you do not use badges as they are covered by the copyright designs and patents acts .
