Hi all,Holiday Club Membership ongoing nightmare

Just saying Hello to everyone and hoping for some wise council on an ongoing Section 75 Consumer Credit Act problem I have with Natwest regarding a (foolish) Holiday Club Membership purchase I made in 2008. I think I have posted the story in the right place but being the least tech savvy person I know, it's hard to be sure!
Hope to speak to some of you soon.
