I came across your forum after frantically searching for answers to do with my mortgage (jointly-owned property), the looming expiration of an occupation order against my ex, and a possible forced order of sale for my flat.

I really hope that I can find the answers I need to make sure that I don't lose my home before Christmas.

Hi and welcome to you Rozzz. Losing your home is a horrible and scary prospect, but it may be possible to avoid it through a mortgage resue scheme. But have a read around, and maybe start a thread in the relevant section. The folks here will do their best to help you.
