I must look up the origins of that word - but 'g0b$h1tes' is self-explanatory, and I often have to wear that badge myself !!!

I must admit,,I thought 'shyster' was a Jewish insult,,I was married to a person of that faith and the old men were always using it in a derogatory way,,(note the WAS) As for 'gob*****e',,my Dad was a Liverpudlian and I thought it was a scouse insult,,but I'm probably wrong

Cheers, TUTTSI. Looks like "Shyster" and "G0b$hite" are much the same, then. I declare myself guilty in both courts !!!

The Liverpudlian aspect seems fair enough, to me. I've always enjoyed the old joke about the Liverpudlian claim to being the Cultural Capital for a while. This was proven by the fact that - when your car was jacked up and the alloy wheels were nicked - it was left standing on books, NOT bricks !!! Loved it. Am I bitch, or what ? !!!

Hi everyone, thanks for all your correspondence to date, it really is reassuring to see people want to advise and offer some help, apologies for not getting back any sooner, I have been doing a lot of work on the case all weekend and have been going through all the paper work I have recently uncovered. This has taken a considerable time as you can imagine, but has assisted me in finalising as much accurate information as I can before I post it up for your perusal. I am in varied legal advice meetings about the case today and with CAB. My aim is to know by the end of the day all the confirmed facts on the agreement and where I stand at present. I have uncovered a lot of information and all is not good, seems Blemain have my Mother right were they want her with the agreement to date, unfortunately she has left the situation very late for me to deal with, but I am confident that I can get it back on track and that I have options that I am exploring today to prevent the eviction. Currently they are being cooperative and appearing to be all compassionate to the case and helpful as they can, stating its not in there interest for eviction and they just want the arrears settled. Seems odd to me for them to take this tack but I was firm with them on the phone as previously posted.

Be back on asap with all relevant info after all info after todays uncoverings, as stated before I did try and post up everything to date on Sunday, but post failed sorry, also thanks for the 'shyster/gobster' comments - made me laugh - I do have a really good sense of humour and this is keeping me going at present. Well done so far so good! you are right they do prey on the vulnerable The main thing is you are not easily intimidated by these rouges. just keep a level head. Don't relax They will say they will offer help but beware! read into everything they offer (try to use email or post they dont like to put things in writing ) they are very cunning, e.g they may say we will work with you, you sell the house you will get a better price; interpretation = you agree to go into receivership by doing it yourself and pay us along the way. This was tried on me. They are not as cleaver as they think they are, but they have ripped so many people off, they have learnt what they can get away with (so far!) I am costantly doing my homework on these shyt-hawks. ( thats another one) i agree with Bill-k give em a piece of string. My advice to anyone having problems with Blemain is Fight back! all it will take is one good case win and the flood gates will open and wash them down the sewer where they belong

Hey peeps, been a while since I posted as been very busy working 24/7 prepping and fighting those shysters Blemain, thanks suffering for your recent words and also everyone else who has advised me on this thread to date.

I have some important breaking news, I have recently been to court and took on BL with what I had prepared and I am happy to state that I owned their dumb ass solicitor in the hearing, gave him some rope, got him to hang himself in court, in front of the Judge, got him & BL chastised in the process & got my adjournment, a suspension, plus some new terms that I desperately needed - bonus wa an investigation of their agreement to follow - all noted & granted by the Judge & all now on record!

In the process I have really ****ed off Blemain & they are going after me all guns blazing, but I am not finished yet or scared of them one bit, especially as I have some dirt on them. I gave them a real taste of their own medicine & they gonna try shut me down, but this is just start of what I have planned and whats to come next...They think they can play dirty, well with your support we can give em a real blow and I havent played my ace yet :tinysmile_aha_t:

So any VIPs or anyone interested in what I can report to you - Let me know how to progress - I believe this info could be very beneficial to help anyone past and present who has suffered at the hands of Blemain, Swift and all their likes! - I am hoping you have not explored this avenue before and I think have some info now that could really help everyone, but I cant do this bit on my own, I need to hook up with others and to realise if it could work or help - I am also paranoid of any Blemain spies on here - as I know they are on to me - so sorry for sounding so para but my plan could cost them a lot of dollar & a lot of bad press...

I and we have a valid chance now to hit them where it hurts - let me know your thoughts y'all,

Hi BL, I have just had to close my business and am now falling behind with my Blemain payments so am now anticipating a back lash from them anytime now, if you have any advice for me it would be very much appreciated.

I am currently going through my paperwork with a fine tooth comb and was also wondering if my broker who set up the deal could be taken to task?

I wish you all the luck with your case, these people really are the lowest of the low.
