Hello my name is Rob, and I was looking to see.what I can do about about a debt collection agency, who are rude, unhelpful, lie and now make up imaginary house calls. I will post more info in the right thread when I find it

Hello and welcome to you, Rob. You should be able to find plenty of info and cases concerning DCA's if you click on the 'Debts' tab at the top of the page. By all means start a thread in there - you are definitely not alone in your experiences of DCA's !!!
