    Dvla requisition help!!!!

    Hi
    i have received a requisition in the post today for having my cheque for my car tax returned I have had no correspondence from the DVDs for this I moved house 4 years ago and informed them of this but the letter attached to the court date has go my old address on it
    all I want to know is what is this form and what do I do do I plead guilty by letter and if so what do I write I am really confused and scared as I have never been in trouble before not sure what todo for the best
    I hope someone can help me

    I am sure this can be easily sorted out. Can you copy exactly what the letter says on here for us, leave out any personal information of course.
