This is probably quite trivial compared to some of the issues on this page but has made me really angry
After receiving e-mail from said company to let me know i was entitled to £30 voucher if I spent over £60 I thought i would take them up on their offer and ordered a new school coat for my 8 year old daughter (ordered a size 9) and another £12. The Coat did not fit her so I returned and ordered a size age 11 as the size age 9 was far too small. They have now sent me a bill and taken the voucher off me as it as broken original £62 order, any thoughts anyone? It has nothing to do with the money (well maybe a bit) but is largely to do with the principle. They advised me i should have ordered 2/3 coats of different sizes to avail of offer !!!!!
