Nikolai here, recently joined, like the user-friendly forum and the idea that knowledge and experience can be pooled. I have a legal background and also personal experience of many of the problems highlighted in the threads. Am happy to try and help or at least point in the right direction.
Do not give up or despair - remain positive - there is always something that can be done. Be streetwise - there is a lot of sharp practice out there. Don't be too trusting of lenders, DCA's, banks. You as an individual have a right to fair and reasonable treatment.
