Good morning all, i have had my PPI complaint upheld by Lloyds TSB - how long is it taking them to actually payout please?

When did they uphold your claim? Usually once they get the confirmation of acceptance they are pretty much quicker than they should be.

They paid me out within 8 weeks, wierdly we got the cheque before the letter informing us it was coming.

I had the decision on June 18th 2012, the letters arrived by second class post two days later. The letters say I do not have to do anything but that a payment will be made within 28 days..........:beagle:

Good News - following an email to LLoyds CEO - direct payment made to account today £8585.71 - yet result!!!
