Hello everyone, I've been unsure whether to ask for help or not but on reading some of the threads on here for help have decided its maybe best to ask as I don't really feel very confident with tackling my problem. I'm really hoping someone can help me. My issue relates to defaults placed on my credit file, without the serving of default notices (the bank have confirmed one was never issued and have now issued one even though the account is now closed!). I am in te process of writing to the financial ombudsman, and the ico seeking removal.

I don't have a clue what to write. Where is best for me to post my situation please?

Hi and welcome to LB, I'm pleased to see another new face here.

I'm sure you'll soon get some help, though be aware that the site goes much quieter over a weekend, so you may or may not have a few days wait.
