            Hi LS. We all must place our cards on the table here, or the forum doesn't achieve much. You sound like you're here to help us guys with some insight from 'your side of the counter.'

            Your open-ness gets my Brownie points any day, matey !!! Your kind of info is always valuable. But please be aware that these consumer forums can be very self-protective and defensive - so you may get a rocky ride occasionally. It's not easy sometimes, but we try not to tar everybody with the same brush !!!

            Oh......and you'll probably need a sense of humour !!!
