Hello from new member...

Like everybody else, I'm hoping to find some legal advice and help... I do appreciate very much your site and all you're doing.
In fact I am not completely sure that my problem belongs here, but I'll ask anyway...

I believe I've been scammed and paid for something that was misrepresented. I wonder if anyone on this forum deals with such problems as well. I will appreciate any suggestion, advice or help in any form.

Welcome to Legal Beagles.

There are many of us here that can advise you on misrepresentation including myself. If you could start a new thread for the issue you are having and post a link to the thread here (saves us having to look for it then), then i and no doubt others here will post up some advice based on what you discribe the issue as. Please do try to be as detailed as possible but without mentioning any personal information or account numbers etc that could be used to identify you.
