    Hi Everyone

    Today I resolved that I would no longer take the crap that this firm and its equally squalid sister company RMG once CPM (what next ? USURY?) dish out to unsuspecting landlords chasing maintenance fees that havent been billed.
    Last year they got me in a pincer movement in conjunction with my lender the badly run CandG. They each added a fee to the "debt" that hadn't even been notified and promptly added it to my mortgage! This in spite of strict instructions to my lender not to do this. They have done it before though!
    I aim to get it all back.

    Good luck in seeking redress in your situation.

    Sounds like you will need to get legal on them to recover these funds.
