Sorry for the delay in a response, we werent ignoring you honest!!!
I'm not an expert in working hours but we DO have a union representative who can help more, I will see if i can PM them and ask them to take a look and see what they can do
In the mean time I will ask for your thread to be moved to the right forum so the experts can read it, sorry if you had a problem posting in the main forums, we have been having a spammer problem so the admins have tightened up security. If you are having probs, please dont hesitate to PM me, let me know where you need the thread and I will open a thread for you.

If this is happening I would also contact the tax office to make sure her taxes and national insurance is being paid.

Re: hello to you all im new
A claim can be filed in the Employment Tribunal for unlawful deducation of wages in this situation.
A firm letter explaining that this will be done unless all amounts outstanding are received within 7 days usually produces the missing £££.
If the company go into receivership, there is a govt scheme to provide compensation to workers who are owed wages.
If you have a Law Centre near you, they should be able to help and their advice is free. If your partner is in a union, she should speak to her rep urgently.
