Hi I've just registered and been pointed in this direction to introduce myself.

I'm Sparkle 1966, and I registered as I am having "difficulties" with Bank Smart funnily enough over a false claim for commission against a PPI claim. I am already in contact with the Ministry of Justice and will let you know how I get on.
