Rooftop mortgages

Hi
Wonder if anyone could please help...we believe we were wrongly sold a mortgage about 8 years ago with Rooftop Mortgages, the repayments were phenomenal and we unfortunately couldn't keep payments up and had to sell our home.
We are now trying to attempt to claim PPI from them but they folded in 2009. Has anyone any ideas how I can make contact with them please

They have not folded, they are simply not taking on any new business and from their accounts is showing as an empty company.

Are you certain that you had a PPI policy?

You should send a subject access request (SAR) to the DATA CONTROLLER at Rooftop Mortgages requesting a complete breakdown of your account which should include charges as well as PPI if mis-sold. You may also be entitled to the return of some the very hefty charges they charged you. If you go on the ICO web site and look up the address for the DATA Controller.

We still have our mortgage withy Rooftop apparently although we have found out things about this which is all on my thread.
