I'm new on legal beagles, although not new to this sort of forum (I have come over from the dark side, as it were).

Hoping this site is a little less repressive and less about the Mods!

I think you'll find this site ever so sightly more upbeat than whichever other one you may have been on msl:

We have a chill out thread (the lamp post) and a chat room and if you want to access all the goss we have a VIP lounge too!!

Hello Jelly,
It is a lot more relaxed and easy going than the site you have come from, presuming I am right in thinking it is the same one I used to be on.
We do get to know one another and have a laugh or three in the Lamp post, as well as serious discussion.
So really something for everyone, whatever mood or situation you are in. Enaid x

Actually, everything is OK at the moment - i'm afraid I was one of the big, regular posters (well, actually still am to some extent) who became disillusioned with it, so am actually coming on here to see if I can help, rather than the other way around

OH is stuck at the claims stage, i've reclaimed all of my bank ones and am currently in the process of reclaiming from Egg. Not bad results, so far.
